The Whistleblowing System is integral to PT Telkom Data Ekosistem (NeutraDC) GCG policy, where in upholding regulations, work ethics and business, company values, feedback to management and reporters, the reporter can submit complaints regarding alleged violations or deviations from the principles of Good Corporate Governance and applicable ethical values based on accountable evidence and with good intentions for the company's interests. The identity of the reporter is kept confidential and reports can be submitted anonymously. PT Telkom Data Ekosistem (NeutraDC) guarantees and ensures the protection of the confidentiality of the reporter, whether an employee or a third party who submits complaints or reports of alleged violations.
The issue will then be followed up by the unit managing the company's Whistleblowing System to determine the follow-up actions, steps, and provide feedback to the reporter.
